Job Summary
The Royal Blue Surgical Associates Director of Business Development is expected to lead the company in attracting new hospital, surgical center, and professional group customers. Royal Surgical Associates (RSA) delivers white glove support and service to contracted customers in helping them fill their short to long term staffing needs for Cardiothoracic (CT) Surgery, Advanced Practice Provider (APP), and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) professionals. A customer-centered mindset and a passion for growth are a must, and a desire to meet objectives and work in a fast-paced environment is also required.
Essential Job Functions
- Strategic Leadership — guide the development and execution of an RSA business development strategy that drives the realization of customer/client growth targets.
- Ensure Sustained Achievement of RSA business development targets through meeting or exceeding short- and long-term team KPI and results metrics.
- Customer/Client Relationship Management — lead in the development and growth of existing and new customer relations.
- Staff Performance and Development through setting clear expectations, coaching for performance, and mentoring for continuous development.
- Flexibility and Adaptability in work hours and travel to support effective execution.
Qualifications
- Experience: Extensive experience in Healthcare or Travel Staffing as a professional and leader is required.
- Tech-Savvy: Advanced level Microsoft Office Skills including Excel, PDF, Word, Outlook.
- Self-Starter: Self-motivated, driven professional with a track record of achieving and exceeding goals.
- Strategic Leader: Ability to see the big picture and helping others align with the vision.
- Communicator: Advanced level communication skills.
- Leader: Demonstrated effectiveness in leading people and managing work processes.
