Job Summary:
A Royal Surgical Associates APP Clinical Recruitment Specialist is expected to deliver exceptional results in sourcing, engaging, and placing top-quality cardiac surgery APPs within hospital systems and surgical programs. This role requires deep clinical knowledge of the cardiac surgery space, a strong existing network, and the ability to build and manage robust talent pipelines while leveraging clinical experience and EVH expertise to drive placements. Essential Job Functions
- Pipeline & Network Development: Leverage extensive clinical background and industry connections to build and nurture a dynamic, high-quality pipeline of cardiac surgery talent.
- Cardiac Market Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of the cardiac surgery landscape, including EVH (Endoscopic Vessel Harvesting) procedures, hospital programs, and industry trends to identify opportunities and match top talent with client needs.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted relationships with candidates, hospital administrators, cardiac surgery teams, and key stakeholders across health systems.
- CRM & Process Optimization: Utilize advanced CRM skills and recruiting experience to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and optimize the full sales funnel for cardiac placements.
- Business Growth: Grow and maintain a robust book of business focused on cardiac surgery staffing that aligns with Royal Surgical Associates’ strategic objectives.
Qualifications

Clinical & Industry Background: Preferred clinical experience as a CSA, RNFA, PA, or NP in cardiac surgery. Strong medical device sales experience (particularly in cardiac or cardiothoracic space) is highly valued.

EVH & Cardiac Expertise: Demonstrated strong knowledge of Endoscopic Vessel Harvesting (EVH) and the broader cardiac surgery environment.

Network & Connections: Very well-connected in the cardiac surgery space with an established network of clinicians, hospital systems, administrators, and key decision-makers.

Recruiting & Tech Savvy: Preferred track record in staffing/hiring, and leadership. Willingness and ability to learn CRM technology skills to drive results.
